Things are not what they appear to be. People are not who they project themselves to be. All externals require that we put them in proper perspective. Objectivity requires that we do not presuppose anything about anything. We should not form opinions, construct beliefs, or pass judgment upon that which is beyond our control. Being objective requires that we see all things from all sides. We need to be critical with and about our thinking and not perceive to know anything unless we have the facts, and even then, realize that these should be considered to be beyond our control and questioned whilst we seek a reasonable explanation.
